Go through The Dream Job Blueprint as part of a group or as an individual experience.
No matter if you take the group coaching or individual coaching effort, all meetings are recorded and given to every client for reference. In both cases, students will go through exercises in each session but will be required to do homework before the next session in order to get the full experience of the program.
Group Coaching
Group coaching is an affordable option for going through the first four modules of The Dream Job Blueprint. Always online, this class is limited to 10 students. It is appropriate for students in high school or college though we try to keep the age range in the class as narrow as possible.
One of the toughest parts of The Blueprint is the task of creating jobs through a person’s interests and abilities. Group Coaching allows students to go through that process with a mentor that can help guide them when they have difficulty.
As students finish the first four modules, it becomes much harder to do group coaching because each student will be trying on different career paths. Therefore, students are encouraged to go onto individual coaching to get a more personalized experience for their own benefit.
Individual Coaching
Individual coaching can be done on one of two schedules – either the dates for going through all 12 modules are set in 3 months (allowing a week off at the client’s discretion). Or, the client can go at their own pace on a session by session basis with no time limit.
Individual coaching is recommended for people that need individual attention and perhaps need more constant feedback. Unlike group coaching, individual coaching gives the student opportunities to go deeper with a mentor.
After completing the full program, clients are given two sessions (to be used in the next year) at a reduced rate if they need to come back and revisit part of the program or need any advice moving forward.
