Go through The Dream Job Blueprint as part of a group or as an individual experience.
No matter if you take the group coaching or individual coaching effort, all meetings are recorded and given to every client for reference. In both cases, students will go through exercises in each session but will be required to do homework before the next session in order to get the full experience of the program.
Individual Student Coaching

Group Coaching

Group coaching is an affordable way to access professional career coaching without the cost of one-on-one sessions. While individual attention is naturally shared among the group, students still receive personalized feedback, opportunities to ask questions, and the motivation that comes from progressing together. Students leave with greater clarity about their strengths, a stronger professional foundation, and an actionable plan for pursuing internships, jobs, and long-term career success.
Parent Coaching
Parents play the biggest role in their child’s career success—but most have never been taught how to guide the process. The Dream Job Blueprint Parent Coaching Program gives you the tools and confidence to help your teen or college student make smart career decisions.
We’ll walk you through the Dream Job Blueprint so you can effectively support your student while encouraging them to take ownership of their future. Using the Career-Ready Family Score™, we’ll assess your family’s strengths and opportunities in areas like career awareness, exploration, experience, student ownership, and family alignment, then create a practical plan for moving forward.

The best thing you can do at the outset of any coaching program is see if the coach is right for you and you are right for the coach. There are several ways to do this.
A 20-minute free consultation – this can be over any aspect of our program, but you’ll get to speak with a coach who will work with you.
A 1-hour consultation – this would be more concentrated, with us giving you an overview of our program and how we could walk through it. This consultation costs $150, and it can be set up as a parent-only, student-only or parents + child arrangement. From there, you can make the best decision as to how you want to take things further in any direction – whether that is coaching, using another form of the Blueprint, or another strategy.
